Having access to a professional kitchen setup is crucial for food businesses. We know first-hand how challenging it can be to try to deliver professional standards when working from home or mobile environment. As there is currently no cloud ("dark") kitchen in Oxfordshire, The Oxford Project allowed cafes, restaurants and other establishments to sublet their kitchen premises to vendors. SMEs working at our Cloud Kitchen are also able to enlist with FEED Oxford, giving them access to the FEED app, Deliveroo, UberEats and JustEat.

Our first kitchen was at Cafe Kraken, East Oxford, and offered:

-Bain Marie and Soup Kettle

-Professional Chiller

-Fridge and Freezer

-Waste management
